In the small village of Mancor de la Vall, located in the Serra de Tramuntana, we find this charming village house, completely renovated in 2023. The renovation combines a Mediterranean style, characteristic of the Balearic Islands—featuring exposed wooden beams, stone walls, handcrafted tiles, and natural wood windows and doors—with modern design elements.

The house is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, we find the living room, the kitchen, and a full bathroom. Going up the beautiful stone staircase, we reach the sitting area, the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and the terrace. Both the ground floor and the upper floor are characterized by open-plan spaces, giving the home a sense of spaciousness and brightness.

Just a few minutes’ drive away is Inca, the capital of the Raiguer region, where you’ll find a wide range of restaurants, supermarkets, and shops. This means you can enjoy the peace and nature of the mountains, while also being just minutes away from leisure and dining options.
